<p><strong>Respiratory changes:</strong> towards the end of pregnancy there seems to be more of shortage of breath due to the growing baby prevent the lungs from expanding fully. You may notice that you are short of breath, if this short breath continues try breathing steadily while you sit down, push your lungs up and down to give you relieve. <p>Lets put it this way, anything that is stagnant signifies non growth or if death. So if your relationship remains stagnant, it means lack of growth and if your relationship is not growing then the probability of it hitting the rock is highly possible and then divorce will be inevitable. But in this article we are going to be positive because we all wants the best out of our relationship and only the best can keep us moving.</p>
<p>So how do we make our relationship grow to the next level despite all odds. We will start by what pull down a relationship. Which are lies, lack of trust, infidelity, nagging, selfishness and the rest. Now lets take it one after the other to be able to get to our point.</p>
