Yes sometime there are lots of disorders in pregnancy’s and it may be due to one thing or the other, but the major reason for disorder in pregnancy can be as a result of the state of one’s mind.. Did I hear say ahhhhhhhh ! Yes your state of mind can affect so many things in your body during pregnancy. Having disorder in pregnancy can come in various shape and order, but it will be best if we can avoid these disorders in pregnancy in order to be healthy. You may be wondering if disorder in pregnancy can actualy harm your pregnancy, in most cases it does, but if its well cared for you may scale through your pregnancy safely.
1. Think Positively;- always think positively during and after pregnancy. When you think positively it helps in keeping you in the right track of mind, to avoid disorder in pregnancy.
2. Eat Properly: eating properly can also help in avoiding disorders, its good to always eat food rich in vitamins and mineral, it helps strengthens your body and that of the fetus in your womb.
3. Exercise: This will greatly help you during pregnancy. No one it keeps you fit and agile and it makes you look great. But remember not to over exercise. You could just take a light walk around the house or in your garden.
4. Personal hygiene: maintaining a personal hygiene will be a great thing towards avoiding disorder in pregnancy. Make sure you maintain a personal hygiene.
5. Healthy habit: some habit can be really dangerous to you during pregnancy, like smoking and taking too much of alcohol is not really good for a pregnant woman, as this may be risky for both baby and mother.
6. Medical Check ups: It’s very good as a pregnant woman that you always see your medical advisor on a regular basics and if there is any need, then you can also see a gynecologist for thorough check ups.
7. Be cheerful; I found out that majority of the pregnant women who keeps their faces frowned always are at higher risk of having disorder in pregnancy. So always be cheerful, at least it will help reduce some wrinkle from your face.
8. Make new friends: Its good to make new friends during this period especially with pregnant women like you, it helps you to share your burden with each other. These are some of the best ways to to handle pregnancy disorder
