PREGNANCY- HOW TO OVER COME ITS PROBLEM

Pregnancy is one experience in life that every woman wishes to have, though the road that people pass during the time of pregnancy may make some not wishing to pass through that same road. But many others pray for it day and night, after being married for sometime and no pregnancy has occurred, many will start visiting the doctors if there are no signs of pregnancy.

  It’s a great experience being pregnant, and it’s also fun, you always dream of the baby in your womb, if the baby is going to be a girl or boy, how he/she will look like…beautiful or handsome. But at sometimes you find out that you get overwhelmed with these feelings which may result to sleepless nights and sometimes over anxiety in pregnancy. So how can one avoid the problems of pregnancy which is known as disorder in pregnancy? here are steps to follow to avoid these  pregnancy disorders

                                         STEPS TO FOLLOW 

1. Eat well-: some people find it difficult eating well when they are pregnant. But you’re always advice to eat very well during the period of pregnancy. Because the baby in your womb depend solely on what you eat to feed, so when you don’t eat well , the baby in turn will not feed well, thereby causing you stomach upset and sometimes severe pains in the waist line there is a need for a proper diet in pregnancy.

2.  Sleep well-: Make sure you get enough sleep during the period of pregnancy; it helps to relax your nerves which during the period of pregnancy are a little bit over worked. It also refreshes you each time you get enough sleep and helps you avoid bleeding in early pregnancy.  

3. Exercise -: Take a lot of exercise as this will surely help you a lot during pregnancy period. When you exercise, you prevent so many problems associated with pregnancy like… swollen legs, tiredness; cold etc. the possibility of your legs getting swollen will be highly reduced when you exercise a lot during pregnancy. You need to avoid weight gain week by week ,So you’re advised to always make that your port of duty.

4. Dress well-: Don’t wear skimpy cloths when pregnant, this can cause a lot of discomfort both to you and the unborn baby. It can also lead to still births, you’re advised to always wear cloths that are free on your body to enable breath and move well and also not to cause havoc to your pregnancy and may result to some pregnancy disorder effects. Wear cloths that are not too tight on your body as this will be cause a discomfort for you and even the unborn baby in your womb. Wearing tight cloths makes you feel chocked up during pregnancy.

5. Socialize-: Go out meet people, feel free being pregnant is something every woman  look forward to dont seclude yourself from social life at the slightest pregnancy symptoms, I don’t see any reason why you wont go out to parties, clubs, social gatherings etc. It always feels nice after a nice outing or clubbing even while you’re pregnant. Please don’t kill your self with boredom. Follow these simple steps and you will find out that pregnancy is not all about pains.   

 6. Involve your spouse: Make him know exactly how your feeling, what your feeling,  the pregnancy symptoms your having give room for a better communication between you and your spouse, the baby needs him as much as he/she needs you.

7. Make love: I have heard some women say that they don’t make love to their husband when they are pregnant. The only reason one can avoid having sex while pregnant is on health ground. This is the time you the (woman) have more urge for sex, so why are you holding yourself when you can have fun and still remain healthy. It’s also good to make love during pregnancy to enhance the relationship between the baby and the father, and as well help you over come pregnancy problems. Having a healthy relationship with youe spouse would not cause any bleeding in late pregnancy

8. Free cloths: Wear cloths that are not too tight on your body as this will be cause a discomfort for you and even the unborn baby in your womb. Wearing tight cloths makes you feel chocked up during pregnancy it would give you lots of disorder in your pregnancy.

9. Register for antenatal: Make sure you register for antenatal with an experienced gynecologist at the first sign of being pregnant, who will direct you step by step on what to do. And always go for your antenatal check ups when the time is due. Visiting your doctor could help you overcome some pregnancy problems.

10. Stick To: You’re Prescription: Take only medication prescribed by your gynecologist or your medical practitional, if you must take other medication, consults with your doctor to see if the medication is good for your condition, as some medication can cause harm to a pregnant woman and the baby. If you want to remain healthy in pregnancy stick to your medications

11.Maintain A Personal Hygiene: During pregnancy most women easily gets tire, some women may go for days without taking shower… “Did I hear your scream”  yes due to tiredness they may not be observing most of the beauty routine, and when as a pregnant woman you don’t observe your personal hygiene, you may be creating rooms for so many problems in your home and your health, remember that being pregnant is all about being healthy. So stay healthy as you deliver your baby.   

Try to make every thing you experienced during this period a memorable experience and you will be surprised on how time flies, making you a great and proud mom.
