WEIGHT GAIN DURING PREGNANCY WEEK BY WEEK

Gaining weight during pregnancy week by week is an issue that needs to be attended to. As a pregnant woman, there are certain amounts of weight that you need to gain from week to week which would be considered abnormal. When you find out that you are gaining more weight more than you suppose, then you would need to follow a healthy pregnancy diet in order to avoid excess weight gain in pregnancy. This is a period of last menstruation before pregnancy takes place. Though in medical term it is considered as the first week of pregnancy, but actually conception has not taken place. Your weight is still at the normal rate and no changes would be recorded.
